Ok time for a shameless troll.
What meds are everyone on both for their SD and for related symptoms such as pain meds, sleep aids, etc? Lets stay away from herbal stuff for now that will be a subject for a later thread.

All I take now is: 2 Minocin, (100 mg 2 x per day) 1 Zegarid 30 Mg for acid reflux 1 Ferrous Sulfate 325 mg (iron--gives me energy--no longer anemic or bleeding)
I get PHOTOPHERESIS treatments at USC every 6--8 weeks (2 days in a row). In addition, and by choice, I often take 2 IBUPROPEN before going to water aerobics in the morning. That's for my knees, (knee replacement done, plus 1 to go).
WHEN I WAS REALLY SICK, I TOOK THE FOLLOWING:
600 MG Neurontin 3 x per day for neuropathy 600 MG Ultracet 3 x per day for neuropathy 5--10 MG Prednisone 1 x per day for inflamation 30 MG Adalat 1 x per day for Raynauds--this is a calcium channel blocker/blood pressure med 350 MG Ferrous Sulfate 2 x per day for anemia 100 MG Minocin 2 x per day 1 MG Folic Acid 1 x per day 20 MG Prozac 1 x per day (was nuts) 25 MG Elavil 1--2 a day (was insane, plus it helped for sleep) 20 MG Furosemide - 2 every other day for water retention 40 MG Protonix - 2 x per day for acid reflux (now I take Zegarid 1 x a day) 500 MG OSCAL - 1 x per day (didn't take very long as doc does not like over-the-counter) 500 MG VITAMIN C - 2 x per day (first doctor gave me this, but second doc stopped as he does not believe in over the counter)
for a long time, (at least a year) I took 22 pills a day!!!
I also went to USC 2 days in a row, 140 miles roundtrip--every 3 weeks
So when I say, I sometimes still have the ATTENTION SPAN OF A FLEA and that I spent a year mostly in bed, you know why!!
ALL BETTER NOW, THO!!!!!!

I take:
Nexium Zantac carafate reglan lisinopril remeron Pravachol Zetia Ultram Vicodin (Occasionally) One more that I cannot remember and do not want to walk up the stairs to find out.
You can see that I only take meds for my symptoms but nothing directly for Sclero. My doc says that mine is too mild for the big guns.
