Yes Jeff. The muscle problem is in my knee. My rheumy just told me I have bursitis in both knees. Wonder if that has anything to do with the trouble I have walking or standing. I've been on the bike every day (all 3 days, yahoo!lolol) so far but can only do 10 minutes. Doc did say to start at 5 minutes and work up to 30.

Hey good work with the bike! Keep on riding. I found at one point with my SD that exercise was really not possible, just made me hurt and made me more tired. When I began to feel better, although it was hard to get back into exercise at first, the more I was able to exercise the better I felt. Keep in mind when I say exercise I am talking baby steps when I began. Then I found I could do more and more. I went through a time when my body was more capable than my head thought it was and I really had to push my brain to get by that and be more active. In short I could do more than I thought I could and not hurt as much as I thought I would after.

I guess mine would be sjogrens and I had to have my thyroid removed due to cancer. I'm ok except for being on a wierd level of syntheroid to keep the cancer at bay. I think I end up having to have a breast biopsy almost every year because they seem to find something "in a place that is very hard to get to" Woe is me. I'm ok though-
