It was brought to my attention that members might feel alientated or intimidated that I created an AP board.
I created it so that people doing AP treatment who would like to talk about it (like me), at length, can do so there. That way, those not doing AP don't have to read about it if they are not interested.
The "Scleroderma Issues" Board and the "General" Board is for everyone.
Please, share your sucess stories and tell us what kind of treatment you are doing. Actually, the whole world of Scleroderma patients wants to know!
I know one person who is in remission doing IVIG and Cellcept and another member is doing IVIG and Cellcept and is progressing favorably! I have also heard some good stores from those who had stem cell. So.....tell us!!!

I too believe that we should all do what works for us. I am not opposed to AP but have to put my trust in my doctor and what treatments he wants me to do. As we all have stated before, what works for one may not work for another. I think it is great that AP works for Cubby and the others on it. Karen

I'm delighted to report that AP is working for me. I have been on it for 2.5 months and am seeing some changes in the skin on the hands. I went to my rhymie and he confirmed my judgement. So far the lungs are 'holding their own'. I am dropping the prednison to 2.5mg as of today and hope to be off it by the end of the summer. So, AP is working for me!
