Grammie,
I just came back from my yearly appointment in Boston and the doctor put me on a new medication for the Reynaud's (not suppose to have any side affect). I have been on minocin 100mg 2x day since I was diagnosed with scleroderma 4 years ago the improvment has been miraculous. So when I found out I also had Reynauds brought on secondary to the sleroderma I thought gosh what else. With that said I have suffered here in NY's cold weather with the Reynaud's but never taken any meds because doc doesn not like to give people meds that actually make you feel worse or cause other issues. So this time around I explained how much worse it has become and he has put me on a new medication called revatio (not known to have any side effects) 20mg daily, so I will let you know how it works.

Not familiar with Revatio. I took ADALAT which is a calcium channel blocker and it really really kept my raynaud's symptoms at bay. I never had any side effects that I was aware of, meaning, I felt nothing and none of my vital signs or blood tests were compromised.
Soooo, I sure hope your new med works well for you and I will bet it does!
