At least for now. We have only had maybe one day that it had hit 70 and today it was 84 at one point. I guess the 70 degree day was our spring. Looking forward to some warm weather - so much easier on my hands! Enjoy the warm guys.

It has been really hot of late, at least for here. 87 today with stupid high dew point. Probably 70 something. Not really complaining as it will be more seasonable soon perhaps this week. Work has been not bad but locations inside and very warm, think a small basement with commercial dryers in it, things like that. The thing is since SD I don't really sweat much, maybe I exhale extra heat like a dog or something. So I really have to make sure I get enough fluid in. Even without much sweating I can tell I am fluid deficient at the end of the day if I am not careful. I have never been a gatorade or powerade guy except for long days occasionally when I am boating (when I get the opportunity). This year I have been drinking a powerade zero a day - I freeze them and it lasts most of the work day. So far it agrees with me and I feel OK at the end of the day. I know that they are not that good for you either but it appears to be working. Have to go with what works within reason anyway.
Hope everyone is enjoying the warm and making the most of it without hurting too much at the end of the day.

We're having plenty of hot stuff off and on with just a little break in temps in between--NOT complaining for a minute, mind you! It is true that I do not have to work in the heat and can pace myself accordingly to tolerate most of the extremes, but I still feel much better in the warmth. I call it being 'hugged' by the warmth when I walk outside!!
