Well summer went by rapidly and we are on the cusp of the holidays already. I took several months off from the boards, Did visit different boards occasionally but no posts. I hate to say it but it was a refreshing break.
Finally got the old business wound down and am working on the new one, same trade different circumstances, made for a VERY busy summer. Back on my own again. Lots of change - almost all of it good so that is a plus. Health has been good the mino is still doing the trick. My left heel that I reinjured last spring clearing away all the tree damage from winter storms is mostly better, slight pain every now and again but that is it. I don't know if it was sclero related or not for sure. It felt like the old "nerve pain" from my early SD days but only in my left foot. I had spoken with Randy and we bounced around increasing my mino dose a bit. Decided to up it from 100 mg per day to three extra doses (100mg) three days a week. Over time it seemed to help, slowly but it did help, returned to my normal dose around Labor Day IIRC. Other than that just the usual old guy aches and pains.
Pretty boring but that is about it - all a bit blurry in hindsight. Hope everyone is well and had a good non sclero summer. At least in the summer we are warm and that makes life easier, at least for me. It has been a warm fall but even so a few days have cold which brought on a couple of Raynaud's episodes. Brief attacks but a window into the coming winter. Even have used the electric gloves once already and they are now in the work truck for the season.
