Hi, Besides yogurt, there are other natural forms of food probiotics, fermented foods, Kefir, Kombochu, I bought two of them at Whole Foods but didnt care for the taste, my next one I wil try will be fermented sauerkraut ...and I think braggs organic apple cider vinegar...I like to use a few different things, beside the supplements...Though i did get some fantastic Andrew Lessman, supplements, all of his are powders inside clear capsules, easier for digestion/absorption.
Its gonna be near 40 degrees tomorrow, so its outta here, maybe for a ride to the ocean to marvel at the snow banks and get some nice seafood..oh and there are the snowy owls that winter there...they blend in well, though! I hope everyone is enjoying their day...

love to you all! Nancy

My wife does the fire vinegar routine. Fermented sauerkraut ahhh I'm not sure. Have you tried kim che or however you spell it. I think I had some years ago but probably had a few first so I really don't remember what it tasted like. Cabbage buried the yard for several months sounds a little sketchy.
Off to the seashore for the day is a nice diversion. Fun to kick around the beach and beach towns with no crowds. Enjoy your seafood.

Hi Jeff, I dunno what the fire vinegar thang is! ha!
I have not tried kimchi...the stuff I did try, which was fermented shredded beats and fermented cole slaw, The kombuchu, is a drink, but it was very cold and carbonated, so that doesnt work for me.
Seabrook, (the food). was nice! I do wonder where all of this snow will be gone...spring in 24 days! I didnt get near the beach, snow banks too high and I wasnt dressed for mountain climbing! hahaha
