Hi Christel,

yes, there are a few docs that believe auto immune illnesses come from leaky gut and it can happen over years! Eating organic foods is one thing, but its really hard to take ones self off of all prepared foods, as well as gluten. I find myself craving things, like a piece of cake! occassionally. With this incredible winter, its really hard to diet!
