I have not tried that but I am in the whatever works school. Are you still juicing? Lots of people around here are going that route.

yes, though I am not "juicing". I am doing smoothies, which is a bit different, because juicing extracts only juice while smoothies uses the skins, too...also I add nuts and seeds, almond milk, coconut milk, spices etc, etc. :-). For instance, we that take Nexium, may need to replace magnesium, I try by adding shelled pumpkins seeds to some smoothies.
My physician told me that its a bit more difficult to absorb nutrients so that is why I do smoothies, There was a great improvement in my inflammation markers, as we did blood work, 6 weeks (smoothies). and retested me blood. Doc said it was remarkable!
