I have not been out too far to check things out. Don't know if the east shore got pounded or not. No TV or internet until this evening. All's well in my "hood" anyway. My son and I went for a quick ride downtown, there was some very minor flooding in the low spots. No damage that I could see down there. We had gusts to 99 MPH according to one report. Pulled the plug on work as the wind was howling and snowing heavily at 7:30 this morning. I must be getting old. Worked in my office all morning sorting and shredding old papers, got a bunch done but still lots to do. Then went out and cleared snow. Most of it blew somewhere else so not very much to do. Just some branches down.
Thanks for the concern but the storm has pulled away and all is well with me. Did you get any effects of it up there?

glad to hear everything is okay there, We got some wind, about 50+ gusts..the tall pines were waving and are still making lots of noise, lots of downed branches. Now lets get back to melting! ugh, we still have much hardened snow around to melt! :-)
