Ok, yet another post about the weather! How are all of you faring in this dangerously cold and snowy environment? I feel like an icicle that will crack if I move or touch something the wrong way! Trying my best to be very careful and deliberate in all my actions...
Stay safe and warm!!

I just saw the weather report and it appears you are sending that really cold weather my way. Thanks a lot! It was very windy and cold with snow. we maybe had a foot or so. Hard to tell as it blew over 50. Just came back in from snow clearing. The gods smiled on me as I have not used the machine in a few years and it started right up - yea.... I was up to go to work but we pulled the plug as it was so nasty out. Back in the day off I would go but not today - this getting old thing sucks

How are you holding up out there christel? We had a foot of snow Friday and I have never seen snow disappear so fast all gone. It was 40 Sun. and 50 with rain yesterday. Today it is blowing a gale and it is 20 right now and dropping. Bundling up for work yuck. Electric gloves are in the backpack today for sure!

This is crazy!! We got a foot of snow on the weekend and now the deep freeze. I haven't left the house in 2 days. Too scary how cold it is. My yellow Lab doesn't even like touching the ground with her paws.. We are going to get near 30 on the weekend so that will be quite a treat!!

Yes, I see you are colder than us in New England. I am surprised that I've done okey and even went for a brief walk and found it was only 9 outside...two hats and two mittens on plus warmers. But I've done ok with it. It is the wind that is a killer for me. It goes right through me and my hands sure feel it FAST.
We were due for rain yesterday but got 8 inches. It sure is a strange weatherwise winter!

Well, folks, we all are dealing with the bitter cold and my hands sure feel it! As I sit here the temp is a cold 11 degrees but the wind has picked up, blowing its head off as it comes across the frozen snow-covered lake,.
Even though the temperature is warmer than when I last posted, it sure feels much colder! I dread going out this evening.
So I sit with layers on the chest....yup it helps, thanks....and hand warmers ready to go in my mittens, a hat on and a quilt around me so I can sit here and type. What a life! But it is pretty out and I'm warm and able to be on the computer.
Enjoy the cold temps. Thirties are going to seem warm! Grammie
