Can I smell the cookies from here? So glad you got that thumb issue taken care of. I know you have commented for awhile now about how uncomfortable you have been. Glad to hear it is improving.

Wish I could send you all a little taste--I haven't made some of these for quite a few years. Most are my mom's and grandmothers' recipes, and they use the good old butter, sugar, and nuts! Takes me back to the good old days...
It's nice to have dressing off my thumb, although it is still a bit sensitive where the incision was made. Healing well, though, so for that I am grateful!
Icy, rainy weather here for the past 2 days. Lots of power outages in this area--dodged that bullet, too!

I have Reynauds but I never get any calcium spots. What do they look like? I do get splits in my fingertips but I figured that's just from he cold and dry hands. Do you get calcium spots on other parts of your body? Sounds painful.
