It has been getting cold here, like most places lately. Curiously this past couple of weeks I have been out a bunch on unheated jobs and working in my yard and I have not had a Raynaud's attack. My hands get cold for sure but I am not getting the dead guy white fingers. Over the past couple of years the Raynaud's has decreased but still over the summer when I went swimming I would get an attack but so far I see an improvement this winter. I'm sure the Raynaud's is not gone but this is encouraging. I was a bit worried with my mino dose reduction but so far so good.
Stay warm.

wow, I am happy for you, Jeff. My fingers have been a bit worse..some areas of breakdown on several fingertips, which makes me nervous as the winter hasn't even really begun yet. I am being diligent about keeping them lubed up and sleeping with cotton gloves.
Tuesday morning, I will have the calcium 'debulked' from my right thumb. I am going to see if he can do it under just a local so that I use the least amount of general anesthesia possible. (You never know what else is coming down the pike!)
Stay warm, everyone!!

Good luck on Tues. I'm sure you are in good "hands" with your doc. Do you have the little divots in the ends of your fingers? I did but they have filled back in. I guess that is a good sign.

Hi Jeff, this is great news! I have noticed a decrease, too. I am guarded to not count my chickens ahead of time...I said to hubby, "hey, I went out to get the mail and chatted with the neighbor and my fingers just got a cold sting without turning white! ". I have been trying to keep my trunk warm, using a extra layer underneath. Aweesome for you , Nancy

Thanks Nancy. It is not leaps and bounds but progress none the less. The past few years it is a bit better every winter. I'll wait and see but happy with the direction this is going.

Hope you cominue to get improvement. grammie
