hi guys! This doctor is on facebook, she believes it all starts in the gut! i do think that cutting out processed foods, may help...less toxins, I have been eating a lot different, trying to use REAL FOOD, as opposed to artificial stuff, and no high fructose corn syrup, I have read a ton! My. hubby has RA, I have SD, watch the film "fat, sick and nearly dead," its free on you tube, they had an auto immune condition, its amazing. I went to my primary doc, had some blood work done, will go back in three months. There has been some improvement in my blood numbers, she is going to monitor me more closely. My feet are skin and bone . I have lost all my cushion, so its hard to walk, I am afraid to get open sores. Skin hardening is better, no problems with stomach.. I first got interested in food, etc. after watching...FOOD MATTERS (netflix). too much rise in odd illnesses... Its not about weight, its about getting nutrition, there are several documentaries about food and chemicals, etc can you tell...I am interested, lol. Nancy..
