First off play it safe with where you go, what you do and wash up frequently is the way to go from what I see on the news. Simplistic but it may at the very least be helpful and a good place to begin. Not sure how to approach this but today I was thinking about it as I saw that those of us that are older and with underlying medical conditions are most at risk. What aspects of our disease do you think would present the most risk? Lung issues come to mind first and foremost to me but am I missing the larger picture? SD touches us almost everywhere in the body so just the stress of being ill with our inherent weaknesses is a risk in and of itself. Circulation and kidney involvement also come to mind. I am sure in the grand scheme of things so many years of excess collagen growth has not done me any good unless it has pickled me. How do you think the COVID -19 will effect us? What risks am I not seeing?
Be well!

Thanks for starting this, Jeff. (Also, sorry for the delay in any response.) These are indeed scary times. Hard to believe such a monster is out there. Unfortunately, we are definitely in the higher risk categories, with many of the issues with which we suffer.
I’ve been stayIng home, with only occasional walks in my very large and private yard with my husband and dog. When the sun shines, I feel I need the exposure to give me some hope that “this too shall pass”, as well as give me some fresh air, additional vitamin D, and physical activity.
My hands had been having a rough time, even before the time of increased hand washing. I have no lack of things to do to keep busy with getting organized/cleaning around the house!!
Stay well, my friends.

Still hanging out at home and waiting for spring-like weather to arrive in Michigan... This whole situation is definitely scary and uncomfortable. Hoping and praying this round passes soon... Stay safe.

Locally we are doing well in regard to Corona-19 cases but Massachusetts not so much. We have over 66,000 with an increase of almost 3,000 yesterday. Hopeful that cases will peak soon so the out patient surgery centers can open. Need to get my knees fixed. The are beginning to open up construction sites slowly on island so back to work soon I hope.
Stay safe guys!
