Well the back issues have smoothed out with the surgery, time and PT. Now I am having problems with my right knee. Lots of damage to the meniscus. A career in the trades has taken its toll, I have been having trouble with my knees for years but could deal with it. Thinking the dealing with it time has passed and need a bit of intervention. I missed a step and fell on the basement stairs day before Christmas. Did something to my lower leg and knee. The leg part is slowly mending but the knee is proving more troublesome. MRI last week and now waiting for an appointment with an ortho guy. Really hoping to the process moves along quickly and that a general cleanup will do the trick for now. A friend just got a new knee and it doesn't sound like fun. Will know more after my appointment. Surprisingly my knee tendons and ligaments are in mostly good shape even with the SD, just one small tear in one of the ligaments .
Hope everyone is doing well in general and coping with their SD and other issues. Hang in there guys!

Hi Jeff,
I too have some meniscus issues in my L knee. I have been trying to smooth it out (per doctor) with the cycle machine.
Best,
Randy

Anxiously awaiting my appointment next week. How are you doing with your rehab? Been reading up on treatments so at least I have some idea before I go in, hopefully anyway. Good to hear from you. Hope the SD management is going well.
